Your data is never sold. Processors: Scaleway SAS (Paris, hosting), Hostinger (EU, email), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland, payment; transfers to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs), Anthropic: Anthropic PBC (United States): drafting of the report content. Transfer outside the EU governed by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Data sent through the API is not used to train models.
Minimisation: only your questionnaire answers, system description, sector and company size are sent to the AI provider. Your name, email and company name are not; they are added to the report on our server.
The EUAICheck result is an indicative estimate based on your own answers. It has no legal effect on you and is not a decision within the meaning of GDPR article 22.
